A Joke for you!

While eating with a local family here for lunch the other week, one of the men at the table told a really funny joke that went something like this:

Him, "You know the story of Adam and Eve?"
Me, "Yes!"
Him. "Well, everyone knows that Adam and Eve could not have been Asian because we would have eaten the snake, not the apple."

And that, my friends, pretty much sums up why eating here is difficult for me. At least the people here have a wonderful sense of humor and do not seem bothered by a vegetarian!
